Where do you deliver and delivery time?
We currently deliver across Denmark with shipping times of 2 to 4 business days. We are also expanding to other Nordic countries in the near future. All orders are tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as MobilePay and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. All Kilde Tech products come with a minimum 36 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical faults. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes. Our team is available to guide you through the installation process via phone, email or video call. Detailed installation guides are also included with every product. For commercial installations we can arrange professional installation support in the Copenhagen area.
