Welcome to Kilde Tech. By accessing and using our website kildetech.com and purchasing our products you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website. Kilde Tech is operated by LVL GRUPPEN, CVR number 43855492, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

2. Products and Services.

Kilde Tech sells water filtration systems and related products for domestic, commercial and industrial use. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product or service at any time without prior notice. All product descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Pricing and Payment.

All prices on kildetech.com are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay and bank transfer. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched. We use secure encrypted payment processing to protect your financial information at all times.

 

4. Orders and Contract.

By placing an order on kildetech.com you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us via email. Kilde Tech reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. In such cases a full refund will be issued immediately.

 

5. Delivery.

We deliver across Denmark with standard shipping times of 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. All orders include tracking and you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. 6. Returns and Refunds.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return please contact us at info@kildetech.com with your order number and reason for return. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

7. Warranty.

All Kilde Tech products come with a minimum 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical faults under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim please contact us at info@kildetech.com with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

 

8. Installation and Product Use.

Kilde Tech provides installation guides and support for all products. However installation is carried out at the customer’s own risk. Kilde Tech accepts no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation. We strongly recommend following the provided installation instructions or seeking professional assistance if in doubt. Our products are designed for use with standard Danish municipal water supplies. Use with other water sources is at the customer’s own risk.

 

9. Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish and EU law Kilde Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

 

10. Intellectual Property.

All content on kildetech.com including text, images, logos, graphics and brand materials is the intellectual property of Kilde Tech and LVL GRUPPEN. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

 

11. Privacy and Data Protection.

Kilde Tech is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law. 12. Governing Law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of kildetech.dk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Kilde Tech reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of kildetech.com following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
