Every Kilde Tech system is covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and genuine malfunctions, including the motor and electronics. If something stops working correctly under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free.

This covers the unit itself not consumables like filter cartridges, and not damage from incorrect installation or misuse.
Returns are based on performance, not preference. If your system arrives faulty or develops a genuine fault, we’ll replace it free, including return shipping no questions asked about why, just what’s wrong.

We can’t accept returns for changing your mind, disliking the design, or after a period of normal use once installed and used, it can’t be resold as new. Not sure if something qualifies? Just ask us.

Stage 1 – Sediment Filter

Engineered from tightly spun Polypropylene (PP) to form a heavy-duty physical barrier. 5 Micron Precision: Acts as a microscopic sieve that blocks any suspended particles larger than a single strand of hair. Essential Protection: Traps sand, rust, dirt, and sediment to prevent clogging and protect finer downstream filters.

Stage 2 – Granular Activated Carbon

Utilizes premium, porous carbon granules derived from natural coconut shells. Chemical Adsorption: Works like a powerful chemical magnet to trap dissolved contaminants and gases on its vast surface area. Flavor Correction: Eliminates harsh chlorine, volatile organic compounds, and foul tastes or odors from your water.

Stage 3 – Carbon Block

Features a densely packed coconut shell carbon block for high density physical and chemical filtration. Provides a final structural polish by physically blocking fine particles while absorbing remaining microscopic traces. Completely wipes out residual chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and fine contaminants.

Stage 4 – Premium RO Membrane

Thin Film Composite layer featuring a microscopic 0.0001-micron pore size.$\ge$95–98% TDS Rejection: The core purification stage, delivering maximum reduction of dissolved contaminants at a preferred 200 GPD capacity. Strips away the toughest impurities including PFAS, heavy metals, nitrates, fluoride, and microplastics.

Stage 5 – Post Carbon Filter

Polishing Carbon Media: Made from advanced coconut shell carbon to treat water as it flows out of the storage tank. Final Quality Assurance: Refreshes and conditions the water stream to guarantee it tastes completely crisp and clean. Flavor & Odor Polish: Eliminates any stale tank taste and lingering odors just before delivery to your faucet.

Stage 6 – Ca & Ma Remineralization

Reintroduces essential, bioavailable alkaline minerals back into your pure reverse osmosis water. Spring-Quality Balance: Adds 15–30 mg/L of Calcium, 5–12 mg/L of Magnesium, and 1–3 mg/L of Potassium while keeping sodium at a minimum. Healthy Hydration: Restores a natural, crisp mineral balance to replicate premium mountain spring water.

Stage 7 – Alkaline Balance Filter

Uses natural magnesium oxide and mineral media to carefully balance and correct water chemistry. Optimal 7.5–8.3 pH Range: Raises alkalinity safely to a smooth, thirst-quenching level without any extreme or unscientific health claims. Neutralizes any lingering acidity in pure water, resulting in a cleaner, noticeably smoother taste.

Stage 8 – Trace Mineral Filter

Packed with food-grade certified Maifan stone, natural mineral ceramic, magnesium, and potassium media. Trace Element Enrichment: Infuses subtle, health-supporting trace elements that complete the water's natural matrix. Final Taste Enhancement: Serves as the ultimate finishing stage to round out the flavor profile for an incredibly refreshing drink.

Stage 9 – UV Sterilization

Utilizes a powerful ultraviolet light system placed inline after the storage tank and just before your faucet. Microbial Protection: Delivers a final, chemical-free sanitization barrier that targets and neutralizes bacteria and viruses. Biofilm Prevention: Active protection that eliminates stagnant water risks and prevents biofilm buildup inside the tubing.
